TransWeb is exploring a new horizon of transportation by developing a new vehicle concept while aiming at an upgrade in logistics quality including reduced cost and time required. The company dispatches deligates to Europe and America at least once in a year, seeking for epoch-making ideas and technologies. In so doing, we attempt to devise a breakthrough, spearheading a new trend that pushes out the current boundary of Japanese logistic vehicle concept. TransWeb is enthusiastic to selectively apply unique ideas made available in the heavy-duty commercial vehicle exhibitions to our and our customer’s fleets.

Some ten years ago, no double-decker loading was possible for vehicles with standard ride height simply due to the structure/dimensions of the transporter available that time, putting heavy burdens both upon transportation companies and its clients. Only exotic cars like Ferrari with extremely low ride height could be loaded in the efficient double-storey format.

Based upon its experiences and know-how, TransWeb succeeded in development of a new transporter that carries four SUVs with high roof at one time. The secret behind superb loading capacity is to rise the roof as high as legally possible plus a unique front floor that goes up and down approximately 50cm. The power rear gate now allows payload up to 2.5t, approximately one-ton more than the previous system. It is capable of lifting up and down almost all the passenger cars commercially available in the market.

  • One of the largest transporters in Japan accommodates four large-sized passenger cars. Another advantage is a higher level of safety and security of the vehicles carried thanks to the concealed loading area.

  • The power rear gate pushes payload up to 2.5t from previous 1.5t.

  • The mobile front floor, which goes up and down by approximately 50cm, widens loading possibility.

In collaboration with Hirano Logistics Corporation, the leading company of air cargo transport, we have developed a special container carrier exclusively used for air cargo. The conventional lorry, which had been a major player in the field of air cargo transport, carries only three AMA-standard containers and leaves much wasted spaces. Our new transporter, on the other hand, ensures dramatically efficient operations thanks to greater capacity of five AMA containers. The use of the transporter has already begun, drawing professional attention from all around the industry.

  • The new bonded container carrier developed under the collaboration with Hirano Logistics Corporation. Busily running between Narita and Haneda International Airports everyday.

  • Loadable from the rear end without detaching the trailer.

  • The special roller mechanism is installed to the floor joint area for smooth loading and unloading of the container.

Scania, the third-largest truck/bus manufacturers in the world following Daimler and Volvo, supplies a unique range of products developed, engineered and fine-tuned in Europe where the long-haul land transport is a major means of the intercontinental distribution offers advantages in dynamic performance, safety, economy and driver-friendliness.

TransWeb opts for the Swedish heavy-duty products, providing safety, security and reliability for our drivers as well as value-added quality and satisfaction for our clients.

  • Scania trucks have unique features; driver area constructed like that of a passenger car with variety of front-view/side-view/rear-view mirrors for improved safety.

  • Behind the seats is a space for relaxation with bunk beds. One of the essential equipment for a long-distance truck.
